方管,焊管生銹如何處理？

看使用要求，如有特殊要求的可以在生產(chǎn)時(shí)涂抹防銹油，冷卻用皂化液，可以起到防銹作用，包裝時(shí)用塑料薄膜進(jìn)行包裝。如生產(chǎn)后可進(jìn)行酸洗，拋丸處理，噴砂處理三種方式。

采暖工程焊接鋼管內(nèi)壁需要防銹

1，對(duì)于已經(jīng)焊接好的管路，一般建議在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中添加氣化性防銹液，也就是直接和水混合添加即可，對(duì)氣液兩相都有防銹作用，可以排放也可以不排。鍋爐行業(yè)普遍采用的這種方式。
2，對(duì)于沒(méi)有焊接的管材原料，如果是大型管材，一般向內(nèi)噴涂氣化性防銹份即可。小型細(xì)管，比較難處理，可以?xún)?nèi)置其他氣化性防銹材料。
